So, the other day I was on our beloved “X” and I saw a tweet from one of my fellow producers pop up on my feed that he accidentally dropped a masterpiece and for us to enjoy.
I can’t even tell you how many times I have hit the upload button for a song I didn’t plan to release yet and somehow, the reception of the record was well received. I even replied back that this was most likely, a blessing in disguise.
I figured I take the time check it out and give you guys a review on a great project that dropped today.
Who is Flipz World?
Flipz World is a producer who isn’t afraid to push himself sonically to create a sound that is rich and full of expression. I followed Flipz when he came across my timeline with positive energy and his thoughts that were shared resonated with many.
He talks about the challenges we face as musicians grinding in a small ecosytem and then gave us sneak peeks of projects in process. His presence online is a gift to those who are looking for inspiration and a community.
His unique ways of dropping beats on us keeps us sharpening our pens and minds and we never know where he will take us, in this case, hopefully straight to the studio every single time.
The Project.
Melodic, cinematic, full, rich, I can’t even begin to describe how this is mostly likely a soundtrack of my personal villian era if this was a comic book life.
The song that grabbed on the replay was Mandela Effect. I just love how it reminds me of a cyber city I know I have been to but not in this realm. If that makes sense…
It just really had me stuck before adding it to my gaming playlist. Just an amazing track.
Forgotten was amazing, the harp is just so graceful. I feel like a lost fairy in the dark streets of this world. Just really makes you reflect and look for sunshine.
I feel like a main character in these records, just perfect for gaming and feeling competitive. Also to relax and just vibe along. Journey music for those long rides or if you are working out. I definitely enjoyed listening to this album.
